Mostly good experience

Thinking between the Quitsnoring ST-1 and a ZQuiet. Any thoughts on which is better or if there's a big difference?

I had a ZQuiet before this, and the ST-1 feels more comfortable for me. It's also less bulky. YMMV though, mouth shapes are so different.

The ST-1 is universal fit right out of the box, ZQuiet you might have to adjust a bit more. Both aim to do the same thing, just depends on preference.

I use mine for snoring, but my partner said I stopped gasping in my sleep as much, so it might be doing something for the apnea too. Not a doctor though!
